Welcome to Haust, a unique restaurant centrally located in Reykjavík. We focus on fresh Icelandic produce cooked to perfection by some of Iceland's finest chefs. Haust is the Icelandic word for autumn harvest time. Mindful of that, we prepare our food based on the bounty of each season.
Our cooking is inspired by Iceland's magnificent nature—the winter's harshness and the white nights of summer. The Icelandic farmers are the true stars of the show. They work incredibly hard in rugged conditions to produce high-quality raw material that is transformed tastefully in the food we serve. Because of it, we can exceed all expectations. We are grateful and proud of the resilient men and women whose produce enhances the flavor and aroma of each meal.
